No Show/Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to the team here at The Cutting Room, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 20% of the reserved service amount.

No shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount before we can reschedule your appointment.

Any wedding parties or group bookings must be held with a credit card. Any group bookings cancelled with less than 4 weeks’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Group bookings cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

This Cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus, better serving everyone. The Cutting Room policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. As a courtesy, we offer email and/or text message reminders to confirm your service appointments. If you would like to add your email or mobile number to your client file we will be happy to do that for you. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
